Following the airlines which are offering tickets to nowhere, which is a term used when the flight reaches and returns to the destination without landing, the concept is now being followed by Singapore where it has now begun the cruise to nowhere.

The concept of this is that the cruise will begin from one port and reaches the same port without docking at a different port and reportedly, Singapore has partnered with Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas and Genting Cruise Lines’ World Dream for this initiative.

An announcement was made by Singapore Tourism Board that the Genting Cruise will set to sail for the cruise to Nowhere from November 6 followed by Royal Caribbean cruise which is set to sail early December. The tourism board further stated that these cruise ships are part of a pilot project and they have their base in Singapore.
