Recently DJI announced their new version of drone Mavic Air 2. And previously launched variants were Mavic Air and Mavic Mini. So, what’s the difference between Mavic Air 2 and Mavic Air?
Design is the first thing which we can notice with the new version.
Mavic Air 2 is bit large and heavier compared to Mavic Air where the Air 2 weighs around 570gms and has a dimension of 180x97x84mm and Mavic Air weighs around 430 gms and has dimensions of 168x83x49mm. Both the drones are foldable. The new drone has been designed sharp and aerodynamic friendly and the original had a bulbous shape.
Coming to the camera, the Mavic Air had 12MP, CMOS Sensor where it is capable of recording 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 120fps and Mavic Air 2 has 48MP, CMOS Sensor and is able to record 4K and 60fps and 1080p at 240fps. Both the drone camera has 3axis gimbals. Both can record slow-mo videos…
