Yes, you read it right. This is the blog dedicated to my fitness journey which has left many including me how fitness is important in one’s life.

Before to start, here is a quick view of how things turned bad and how things are turning good recently.

Having been travelling for at least 12 years and being in the Blogging business for more than 15 years, I had an unusual lifestyle. From late-night binge eats to attending many food reviews I had a very unhealthy lifestyle.

It was getting difficult for me to manage and it was directly affecting my body physically and also mentally it was very hectic. I remember after these many years I looked at my weight and it turned out to be over 120kilograms and it was in the morbidly obese category.

Yes, at 126.6 kg’s I felt it is the very high time since I need to concentrate on my body and fitness.
